I the undersigned agree to abide by the following conditions when using the A&S Media Studio:

I will only use this space for approved activities

I agree

I will clean up any trash I produce, and I will take any of my belongings with me upon leaving this space

I agree

If I move any furniture, or take any furniture from another area in the building, I agree to put them back to their original location before leaving the space.

I will log out of any computers I sign into when I am finished using them.

I will report any issues with the equipment or software to an A&S Media Studio staff member.

I understand that if I am using Wilson 235 (Media Production Studio) I must first have a reservation, even if I am using the space after-hours.
