The Center for Excellence in Education aims to organize, advance, promote, and recognize the educational mission across the University of Virginia School of Medicine. Through collaboration with the Academy for Excellence in Education, the Brodie Committee, and leaders in medical education research and scholarly innovation, the mission of the CEE is carried out through 5 committees which collectively address key strategic pillars of faculty development, scholarship, excellence, innovation, and community. All members are selected from the Academy for Excellence in Education.
