The following items are required to submit your 2025-2026 CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION SCHOLARS PROGRAM application. Please gather these before completing the form:

1) CV 

2) Letter of support from departmental supervisor. This must include an attestation to support your time (1/2 day per month of face-to-face time) and your project. Approximate length = 1 page

3) Area of interest. Tell us about your area of interest in medical education. Develop 2-3 questions that you could explore in a scholarly way. Approximate length = up to 1 page

4) Personal statement. Provide a summary of your background and how this program will help you achieve your shorter and longer term career goals. Approximate length = 1 page
