Please complete all information below to request the use of outdoor amplified sound. Please consult SEC-041: Use of Amplified Sound on Outdoor University Property.

The Department of Recreation will approve requests only in cases where and when outdoor amplified sound is unlikely to disrupt the academic, living, or working environments of University community members and neighbors.

Amplified Sound will only be approved for the following timeframes during the academic sessions: Friday: 6:00pm-10:00pm / Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am-10:00pm
 

Form must be completed and submitted to UVA Rec Business Office in the AFC no later than 2-weeks prior to the date of the event. Please direct any questions to the Business Office (924-3791 / recreation@virginia.edu)
