The questions will be related to trees, green spaces, and nature. If any question during the survey makes you uncomfortable, you may skip the question or stop participating at any time.
Time required: The survey will require about 10 minutes of your time.
Risks: There are no anticipated risks in this survey.
Benefits: There are no direct benefits to you for participating in this survey. Overall benefits include: You are helping to create messages that will support efforts to increase trees, green spaces, and nature in your community and many others.
You will receive no payment for taking the survey.
Confidentiality and Voluntary: Your survey responses are completely anonymous and will not be linked to your name at any point. The combined responses from all participants will help inform which messages are recommended in the final toolkit. Your participation in this project is completely voluntary. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. You have the right to stop taking the survey at any time without penalty. Because the survey is anonymous, you will not be able to withdraw once you submit your answers. If you no longer wish to take the survey, you may close the tab on your computer or mobile device.
