Media Studies Equipment Stewardship Code & Contract (2024-2025)

As a student majoring in Media Studies, I the undersigned agree to abide by the following code in regard to equipment checkout:
Which Media Studies class are you in? If this is not for a class, but you are a Media Studies major, please check "Media Studies Major"
Knowing that this equipment belongs to the Media Studies department, and is available only to Media Studies students, I will use it with care so that myself, other current students, and all future students will have equal access to complete equipment kits. There is no guarantee that damaged or lost equipment will be replaced, so I will keep the equipment safe and in good condition. 
Knowing that equipment is in high demand, and that turnover happens quickly, I will pick my equipment up from the Media Studio at the designated time of my reservation, and return it at the designated time of my reservation.
Knowing that others may need to use the equipment immediately after checkout, as I may have needed to use it immediately at checkout, I will recharge camera batteries after I use them.

Knowing that others will want all necessary items in the equipment kits, as I wanted all necessary items, I will be sure to put all items back in the kit bag after I use them.
