Thank you for submitting a nomination for Uteam Member of the Month. This award recognizes individuals for exceptional service who demonstrate the ASPIRE values by contributing to our organization's mission, and/or demonstrating a high standard of customer service, patient safety, and patient-centered care, among others. 

 

The nomination deadline is the 15th of every month.

 

Who is eligible?

 - Any UVA Health Team member: Medical Center, School of Medicine, UVA Physicians Group (UPG), and the School of Nursing

 - Full time, part time, or contract  (Morrison's, Crothall)

 - Must have been employed at least 6 months

 

Who can nominate?

 - Any team member, patient, student, or visitor

 

Nominations must have a minimum of 2 specific demonstrations of the nominee living our ASPIRE values and/or taking part in an initiative that advances our organization.
